My fees are from £65 for counselling in-person.

MY APPROACH
As a counsellor I offer time and space for you to discuss your situation and take support. My aim is to understand your experience as fully as possible, to help bring clarity to thoughts and feelings, and to create an environment for exploring positive change. I value the trust required to share what brings you to seek counselling. The therapeutic relationship I hope to build with you is based upon respect, non-judgement and strict confidentiality, forming a safe foundation for the therapy. My clients often feedback they feel heard and understood and the warm, collaborative space I provide supports them address challenges, heal psychological wounds and make more satisfying decisions in their lives.
I offer short term counselling - usually 12 sessions with a focus on specific issues, or open-ended work which allows for a more exploratory approach.
AREAS I CAN HELP WITH INCLUDE:
Anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse and violence, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, childhood sexual abuse, low self-esteem, self-injury, stress, work-stress, trauma, cultural issues, addictive behaviours, sexuality, obsessive and compulsive behaviours.
EXPERIENCE
I have specific experience supporting vulnerable women who are survivors of trauma, domestic abuse, sexual abuse and violence, domestic or migrant destitution and exploitation.
I am interested in the ongoing impact of childhood experiences on patterns of behaviour in adulthood, and the impact of addiction in primary carers.
As well as working in Private Practice, I see clients through NHS referral in Hammersmith and Fulham. I also work for The Medaille Trust, a charity that supports survivors of human trafficking and modern day slavery.
Prior to training as a counsellor, I obtained a BA (Hons) degree and have worked in the commercial and charity sectors for over 25 years.
SESSION FEE
My in-person session fees range from £65 to £95 dependent on time and location. Concessions are available for Key-workers and NHS staff.
